February run and yoga schedules

Leap year! 29 long February days! Mix in a birthday and a weekend in NYC and it's gonna be a busy one!
YOGA!

Moksha Yoga Danforth (Danforth and Chester)
Monday February 6, 13, and 27: 6:30am - 75 minute Moksha class
Sunday February 5 and 26: 1:30pm - 60 minute community class (only $8!)

Moksha Yoga Downtown (Bathurst and Wellington)Tuesday February 7, 14 and 28: 9:45pm - 60 minute Moksha class

Moksha Yoga St Clair (at St Clair and Oakwood! New Studio!)Saturday February 4 and 25: 12:15pm (60 Moksha) and 2:00pm (90 Moksha)
Sunday February 12: 12:15pm (60 Moksha) and 2:00pm (90 Moksha)


RUNNING!
Run Club - Lululemon Eaton Centre every Thursday nights at 6:30pm (approx 5-6km) and Saturday mornings at 8:45am (or meet at the North West corner of Queen and University at 9am). Various paces, various distances! Do it!

Running with Commerce Court Running Room with the marathon clinic Sunday mornings at 8:30am! Distances gradually increase! If you're not up to long loooong distances, there are other distances that run out of CCRR on Sundays! Come check it out!

Training for a number of spring races that include Around the Bay (now sold out) on March 25! If you're in Hamilton, pencil that date in and come out and cheer!
