Postures

A goal for 2011 (beyond those already listed in Oct) is to work on a posture until I master it. I am thinking one a month ish and most of them inversions or arm balancing postures.

I am a bit behind for January but what I am wanting to work on is just good, ol' simple headstand without a wall and gracefully (as opposed to my wobbly version). So I'll be practicing when I can, and if you see me trying, come and help out by spotting me or by giving me tips! If you have tips in general, I'm all ears!

Next step will be doing so from wide legged forward bend so I'd love to hear from you on that front too!
