A post to update you on the where's and when's of the upcoming yoga classes I'll be teaching. (For those who don't know, where have you been this past month? Not reading my blog, clearly!... No, really, I just completed my 300 hour certification with the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training Program in Victoria B.C. in June 2011 and I am now starting to teach and am nervous, excited, and so, so happy!)
Feel free to tell your friends and family and come out to as many of these as possible as I'd love to get experience teaching all sorts of people and getting feedback from dedicated, long-time yoga students, teachers, and beginners!
No experience is required - you just need a good sense of humour (for if and when I get my lefts and rights confusted), an open mind, and the will to have fun, get a good workout in, and relax all at once!
